From the galley: how this works

Former crew and their families can send photographs and stories through the crew door on the home page.

We read every submission. If we publish one here, it goes up under From the Galley with the contributor’s name and airline, and only after we write to them first. Some stories may also be considered for the film — again, with a note to the person who shared it before anything is used.

This post is the how-it-works note, not a reader story. The reader stories come next, from you.
